Your name and phone number (required to book), and optionally your email.

Appointment details: chosen service, date and time, an optional note.

Your post-visit feedback if you leave it (and whether it was positive).

To make and manage your booking — basis: performance of a contract.

Confirmations and reminders (email/SMS) and a review request — basis: our legitimate interest (fewer no-shows, service quality).

We don't send marketing without your separate consent.

Trusted providers acting on our behalf: hosting and database, an email provider, an SMS provider, and Google (reviews/maps, fonts). We never sell your data.

We keep booking data only as long as needed to provide and account for the service, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port (export) and object to processing.

To exercise them, contact us above. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Our location section embeds a Google Maps map — once it loads, Google may set its own cookies on your device. Apart from that we use no tracking cookies or analytics of our own. If that changes, we'll update this page.
